I have had my app approved by apple and it now says Ready for Sale.

No there is now to change the order only, any changes require a update. 现在没有更改订单，任何更改都需要更新。
This was possible, but due to some developer misusing the option to change screenshots after the app was reviewed with functionality which was not in the app Apple has disabled any edit of meta data. 这是可能的，但是由于一些开发人员在使用应用程序中没有的功能审核应用程序后误用了更改屏幕截图的选项，Apple已禁用任何元数据编辑。 Only the app description is editable. 只有应用说明可以编辑。
