Can we not upload an app version x.01 in apple store.

Zeros before numbers after a point are ignored. 点后数字之前的零将被忽略。 (ie : x.00001 = x.1) （即：x.00001 = x.1）
What you probably want is version x.0.1. 您可能想要的是x.0.1版本。
