Basically the IDE was crashed. 基本上，IDE崩溃了。 The only possible way for the IDE to be in workable form is to re-install the IDE. IDE处于可行形式的唯一可能方法是重新安装IDE。 So Uninstall the IDE first and then re-install it. 因此，请先卸载IDE，然后再重新安装它。
