I have someimage.docx that contains text and images.

That library can't convert images in doc to html. 该库无法将doc中的图像转换为html。 I would suggest you to use any online services to do that. 我建议您使用任何在线服务来做到这一点。 You can get their api too. 您也可以获取他们的api。 Cloudconvert is one of them Cloudconvert是其中之一
