We want to import lync conversations in our business software.

I don't beleave that you can with the Lync Client API. 我不相信可以使用Lync Client API。 It's really only for live data / control of the Lync Client. 它实际上仅适用于Lync Client的实时数据/控制。
There is the Call detail recording (CDR) database if you want to list all Lync calls from a central place after the fact. 如果要在事后从中心位置列出所有Lync呼叫，则有“ 呼叫详细信息记录（CDR）”数据库 。
The CDR needs to be enabled before it will start recording the call data out. 需要先启用CDR ，然后才能开始记录呼叫数据。
