I created a storage account, then deleted the resource group.

Recreating a storage account with the same name as a recently deleted account can take longer if your account has a lot of data. 如果您的帐户中包含大量数据，则使用与最近删除的帐户相同的名称重新创建存储帐户可能会花费更长的时间。 If it is just an empty account, the experience should be the same. 如果只是一个空帐户，则体验应相同。
