This problem was solved. 这个问题解决了。 Please check updates. 请检查更新。 Google released a new update for API23_x86 and API23_arm emulators. 谷歌发布了API23_x86和API23_arm仿真器的新更新。

Look at this thread to clear things up. 看看这个帖子来清理一下。 For now the only solution is to use an older Android version(API 22 and below) to make the emulator for Android TV connect to the internet. 目前唯一的解决方案是使用较旧的Android版本（API 22及更低版本），以使Android TV的模拟器连接到互联网。
