I am trying to set up Team Foundation Server for my official visual studio projects, and we have set up TFS 2015 - Basic Server setup.我正在尝试为我的官方 Visual Studio 项目设置 Team Foundation Server，并且我们已经设置了 TFS 2015 - 基本服务器设置。

I have admin rights in the TFS server as well as in the development machine so the error machine does not look like it is a permission issue.我在 TFS 服务器和开发机器上都有管理员权限，所以错误机器看起来不像是权限问题。
