Its funny that I am answering my own question. 我正在回答自己的问题，这很可笑。 The problem was due to resources. 问题是由于资源。 I was using 4GB RAM which was not sufficient. 我使用的4GB RAM不够用。 Few APIs consume more RAM while starting.Openstack Installation console waits for a while and expects APIs to start,which wasn't happening in my case due to less dedicated RAM. 很少有API会在启动时消耗更多的RAM。Openstack安装控制台会等待一段时间，并期望API能够启动，在我看来，这是因为专用RAM较少而没有发生。 Since I was using 4GB of RAM in which only 2.5GB RAM was given to my VM. 由于我使用的是4GB RAM，其中只有2.5GB RAM分配给了我的VM。 After struggling few days I got to know the issue and upgraded my system's RAM to 8GB, and it worked! 经过几天的苦苦挣扎，我才知道这个问题，并将系统的RAM升级到8GB，它确实起作用了！ So I suggest people who want to work with Openstack-Swift and Openstack-Neutron should dedicate minimum of 5.5GB to VM! 因此，我建议希望与Openstack-Swift和Openstack-Neutron一起工作的人们为VM分配至少5.5GB的内存！
