I reinstall the xcode 7.3.1.

Sounds like you need to delete derived data. 听起来您需要删除派生数据。 Go to Window->Project->Select Your Project->Press Delete button (to delete derived data). 转到“窗口”->“项目”->“选择项目”->“按删除”按钮（删除派生数据）。
Now run simulator and hopefully that error should disappear. 现在运行模拟器，希望该错误会消失。
