I am developing a Windows 10 app which needs to accept payments through Paypal.

I googled for that Windows SDK but didn't find Paypal SDK or documentation related to that.
There is no official SDK for integrating Paypal in an UWP app for now. 目前尚没有用于将Paypal集成到UWP应用中的官方SDK。
My suggestion is that you can try to use Rest API to implement Paypal in your app. 我的建议是，您可以尝试使用Rest API在您的应用程序中实现Paypal。
