I want to install Docker on a physical Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Evaluation (Version 14393).

You need to do a full Windows Update. 您需要执行完整的Windows Update。 I actually have a PR to add this step to the docs . 我实际上有一个PR 将此步骤添加到文档中 。
Run sconfig , then choose option 6 and then A and A to install all updates. 运行sconfig ，然后选择选项6 ，然后选择A和A以安装所有更新。 This works for Server 2016 in no-desktop installs as well as with the UI. 这适用于无桌面安装的Server 2016以及UI。
