The --upgrade command will upgrade the "old" data directory to the version of ArangoDB you have installed. --upgrade命令会将“旧”数据目录升级到已安装的ArangoDB版本。 So if you install 2.8 and run --upgrade you will get a 2.8 data format. 因此，如果您安装2.8并运行--upgrade ，则将获得2.8数据格式。 If you install 3.0 und run --upgrade you will get 3.0 data format. 如果您安装3.0 und run --upgrade ，则将获得3.0数据格式。 Note: You cannot downgrade. 注意：您不能降级。 Once on 3.0 you cannot go back to 2.8. 一旦开启3.0，您将无法回到2.8。 So make sure that you create a backup copy of the data folders, just in case. 因此，以防万一，请确保创建数据文件夹的备份副本。
