Scipy 堆栈安装错误

I am trying to install the Scipy stack on windows 8.1 numpy installs perfectly but after that the scipy gives the following error Error Pic

Any help will be much appreciated

I believe Scipy has some weird dependencies that need time and attention to configure properly. So it would be your best route to install the anaconda suite which has much more than scipy and numpy.
