I uploaded an app on Testflight using Xcode (Build 1.1.0) and it was available to the testers.

Follow the steps indicated in image and you can add testers and then select your app version and build for testing and added user will get notification for that. 按照图中指示的步骤进行操作，您可以添加测试人员，然后选择您的应用程序版本并进行构建以进行测试，添加的用户将收到有关此操作的通知。
