Try after few hours, maybe apple server issue. 尝试几个小时后，可能是苹果服务器问题。

Try a restart a system and try again too. 尝试重新启动系统，然后再试一次。

In order to sign in to xcode you don't need to register with apple developer membership! 为了登录xcode，您无需注册Apple开发人员会员！ You can simply create an Apple ID and sign in to xcode, from Preferences - accounts . 您可以简单地创建一个Apple ID并从Preferences - accounts登录到xcode。 You need an Apple developer membership when you want to submit an app to the App Store or when you want to test a feature like push notifications. 想要将应用程序提交到App Store或测试诸如推送通知之类的功能时，您需要Apple开发人员身份。
