I am attempting to add an Apple ID using Xcode 12.5.

I was able to get it resolved by restarting my computer.我能够通过重新启动计算机来解决它。 I'm not sure why nothing else would work but it got me past it.我不确定为什么没有其他方法可以工作，但它让我过去了。
