It is related to fourier transform (AFAIK, t in the formula is x,y of pixel coordinate). 它与傅立叶变换 (AFAIK,公式中的t为像素坐标的x,y )有关。
Roughly speaking :- 粗略地说 :-

high-frequency = high-signal when convoluted with high-frequency function      
              && relatively low-signal when convoluted with low-frequency function

low-frequency = vice-versa
