I had this exact same problem. 我有同样的问题。

Simply click on the green check marks to the left of the Apache and MySQL modules to uninstall them. 只需单击Apache和MySQL模块左侧的绿色复选标记即可卸载它们。
Then click the red X to reinstall both modules. 然后单击红色X以重新安装两个模块。
After that, XAMPP should detect that they are running and everything should work. 之后，XAMPP应检测到它们正在运行，一切都应该有效。
