I'm aware this exact question already exists however none of it's answers solved this problem.I have gone through and used each answers advice to zero effect.

Mailto: isn't working : Mailto：不起作用 ：
- Chrome : It's does nothing.It has the default finger cursor like all links and when clicked the cursor changes to the normal cursor. Chrome ：它什么也不做，它具有所有链接一样的默认手指光标，单击后光标会变为普通光标。
