In iOS 11 beta, we have an option for screen recording in the control panel.

You need to wait for App Developers (MobCrush in your example) to add support for ReplayKit2. 您需要等待App开发人员（在您的示例中为MobCrush）添加对ReplayKit2的支持。
Specifically they need to write the "Upload Extension" which will do the job of uploading your screen-recording/broadcast to the MobCrush servers and from where it can be broadcasted. 具体来说，他们需要编写“上传扩展名”，以完成将屏幕录制/广播上传到MobCrush服务器以及从那里进行广播的工作。
