Is it possible to use facebook chatbot & normal(direct) messaging option in the same facebook page?

Facebook is working on their "Handover" protocol and its currently in beta phase. Facebook正在研究其“移交”协议及其目前处于beta阶段。 Handover protocol will allow switching between bot and user messaging on same channel (chat). 切换协议将允许在同一通道（聊天）上的漫游器和用户消息传递之间进行切换。
