I am working on a development in which I have implemented the google maps Javascript api. 
我正在开发一个实现了Google Maps Javascript API的开发。 As far as working on the 2D map is all very clear and documented, but I would love to know if there is any option or possibility to transform the map into 3D view which allows me to see 3D buildings, change tilt in view ... etc. Is there such a possibility ?. 至于在2D地图上的工作都非常清晰且有文件记载，但我很想知道是否有任何选择或可能性将地图转换为3D视图，从而可以查看3D建筑，改变视图的倾斜度...等。是否有这种可能性？

No, Google Maps API only gives access to the 2D maps as well as Streetview. 不可以，Google Maps API仅允许访问2D地图以及Streetview。
3D maps and Google Earth is only available in google apps or the maps.google.com solution. 3D地图和Google地球仅在google应用或maps.google.com解决方案中可用。
