I have the same issue as yours. 我和你有同样的问题。 We downloaded the wrong IDE from eclipse. 我们从eclipse下载了错误的IDE。
The one we using(Eclipse IDE for Java Developers) will not have server for selection. 我们使用的服务器（面向Java开发人员的Eclipse IDE）将没有服务器可供选择。 Please try to download another one, Eclipse IDE for JAVA EE developers. 请尝试下载另一种，用于JAVA EE开发人员的Eclipse IDE。
