I am new to Shapely module . 
我是Shapely模块的新手。 When i am trying to run the code in which i am trying to run shapely methods i am getting following error. 当我尝试运行其中要运行匀称方法的代码时，出现以下错误。 It is trying to tell me that i should install GEOS version >=3.3 but in pip i am not able to find that version. 它试图告诉我，我应该安装GEOS版本> = 3.3，但是在pip中我找不到该版本。 So i am confused with this. 所以我对此感到困惑。 any help will be much appreciated . 任何帮助都感激不尽 。 Below is the exception which i am getting : 以下是我得到的例外：
I have already install shapely with latest version. 我已经正确安装了最新版本。
