Say I go into Xcode's Organizer and Export my app as an IPA with the "App Store" setting so I can submit it to TestFlight.

In Xcode go to Devices (Window -> Devices & Simulator). 在Xcode中，转到设备（窗口->设备和模拟器）。 Use + under Installed Apps to upload it manually. 使用“已安装的应用程序”下的+手动上传。
