[英]proportion data frame for each factor level based on another column

I would like to summarize a data frame by month where each column is the proportion of each factor level based on the Records column in the data frame below. 我想按月总结一个数据框,其中每一列是基于下面数据框中的“记录”列的每个因子水平的比例。 I have been attempting to use dplyr but haven't quite figured it out. 我一直在尝试使用dplyr,但还没有弄清楚。
