Clock rate is usually expressed in herts (Hz). 时钟频率通常以赫兹（Hz）表示。
1 Hz = 1 cycle/second. 1 Hz = 1周期/秒。
It's just simple mathematics. 这只是简单的数学。 To get how much seconds it takes for 1 cycle, then you just have to invert it. 要获得1个周期需要多少秒，则只需将其反转即可。
