I use NativeScript for develop on windows planform.

What's your package name? 您的包裹名称是什么？ Your package name must be really unique among anything ever created so far, for example test, test123, demo etc., would have been taken already. 在到目前为止创建的所有内容中，您的软件包名称必须是唯一的，例如test，test123，demo等将已经被使用。 Try adding random numbers at end of your package name, mostly that helps. 尝试在软件包名称的末尾添加随机数，这很有帮助。
