I am trying to deploy a new version to a elastic beanstalk environment, but it is giving me this error.

As per your screenshot, you have Mentioned wrong Db-instance name or Template is not able to get the DB Instance which you have specified. 根据您的屏幕截图，您提到了错误的Db实例名称，或者Template无法获取您指定的数据库实例。
while Setting up Auto-scaling it's getting failed. 设置自动缩放时会失败。 It will be good if you can provide the Template for better understanding of error. 如果您可以提供模板以更好地理解错误，那就太好了。
