The abbreviations i18n for internationalization and l10n for localization are common.

As far as I know it is a typo that got not fixed as it would have needed fixes in the core and all extensions which had been written meanwhile and which use these fields. 据我所知，这是一个拼写错误，没有得到修复，因为它需要对内核以及同时编写的使用这些字段的所有扩展进行修复。
Also it would need update wizards for all existing installations. 此外，它还需要所有现有安装的更新向导。
