wordpress无法安装任何显示错误的插件---安装失败：下载失败。 找不到工作交通工具？

在我尝试安装任何插件的wordpress中，它显示错误（安装失败：下载失败。找不到有效的传输）。我在服务器中同时启用curl和openssl并重新启动了服务器。但是问题仍然没有解决。使用AWS服务器。请帮助任何人。

Please add this to the Apache config file:

 Below this line: #LoadModule xml2enc_module modules/mod_xml2enc.so
       # load curl and open ssl libraries
        LoadFile “C:\php\libeay32.dll”
        LoadFile “C:\php\ssleay32.dll”
        LoadFile “C:\php\libssh2.dll”

And above this line: <IfModule unixd_module>

Stop Apache server using : service httpd  stop
Start Apache server using: service httpd start

This should help.
