I'm building an app that has some semi transparent items: buttons' backgrounds,UIViews' backgrounds and labels' backgrounds.

You cannot use transparency in your app icon . 您无法在应用图标中使用透明度。
That is related only to the icon - it has nothing to do with any other resources your app uses. 这仅与图标有关 - 它与您的应用使用的任何其他资源无关。
