I just uploaded an app into the appstore and it's already available on the Appstore.

Even with the keywords, it takes time for the app name to be indexed, and to show up based on your search terms. 即使使用关键字，也需要时间将应用名称编入索引，并根据您的搜索字词显示。
If your MyApp name is not a common name and there aren't too many / popular apps containing that term, you'll start seeing the listing auto-populate in a few days (provided you are not the only one searching for that app). 如果您的MyApp名称不是通用名称，并且没有太多/热门应用程序包含该术语，您将在几天内开始看到该列表自动填充（前提是您不是唯一一个搜索该应用程序的人） 。
