恢复外部驱动器上的efs文件

Question

Hi my friend formatted his computer due bsod but he forgot to backup keys first because his entire external data backup encrypted with ntfs efs

I tested some recovery tools to retrieve his old certificates(good thx most of them unmodified on format)

But how to import those cert files to system and remove efs encrytion on files and folders on external hdd

windows 10

i seen some pbx format explantations only but those are real certs enter image description here
