You are correct.你是对的。

Data Transfer is charged for traffic leaving AWS and going to the Internet.数据传输对离开 AWS 并进入 Internet 的流量收费。 So 5 people viewing a 3MB file would be counted as 15MB.因此，5 个人查看 3MB 文件将被计为 15MB。
