I tried save as option but its giving m an.emf file which is not readable.

You can save the data of jobs by clicking in Monitoring pannel, then View tab, select Jobs -> List .您可以通过单击监控面板，然后单击查看选项卡，select作业->列表来保存作业数据。 Then click in File button ( left corner ) and " Save as ".然后单击文件按钮（左角）和“另存为”。 This will exports an Excel file.这将导出 Excel 文件。
