When I create a jframe within a java project it shows me all the code in the Source part but when I go to Design it shows nothing?

That's a known issue of the Eclipse 2020-09 release which is already fixed (see Eclipse bug 567071 ).这是 Eclipse 2020-09 版本的一个已知问题，该版本已经修复（请参阅Eclipse 错误 567071 ）。
