So I have been using pycharm and I noticed at the top that it says logger.pyw which is a project I worked on a while ago.

In Preferences > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings, uncheck "Reopen projects on startup".在首选项 > 外观和行为 > 系统设置中，取消选中“启动时重新打开项目”。
Then it will open with a list of projects, and you can click on one to open it.然后它会打开一个项目列表，你可以点击一个来打开它。
