Normally in Visual Studio Code program, the "intellisense" would show a difference of options for a user to choose, based on the 1st picture.

I had the same issue.我遇到过同样的问题。 When I floated over the bottom edge of the single-line intellisense block it gave me a double arrow.当我漂浮在单行智能感知块的底部边缘时，它给了我一个双箭头。 From there I could drag the box to the size I want.从那里我可以将框拖动到我想要的大小。 Not sure how it became single-line, but that worked for me.不确定它是如何变成单行的，但这对我有用。
