I created a new Azure SQL Managed Instance and obtained the connection string from the Azure Portal.

You need to configure the public endpoint and ensure you're using the public connection string, including port 3342 at the end of it.您需要配置公共端点并确保您使用公共连接字符串，包括其末尾的端口3342 。
