Every time i deploy my flutter web app to firebase and open the hosting url this welcome screen appears.

I think you should wait a bit.我想你应该等一会儿。 I have recently noticed that(for me) *.web.app links took longer to sync than *.firebase.app for my flutter website.我最近注意到（对我而言）*.web.app 链接比 *.firebase.app 用于我的 flutter 网站的同步时间更长。
