I have a navbar in Bootstrap that does not open in mobile view (there is the menu icon but when clicked no items are being shown)

Your code works fine.您的代码工作正常。 So i think the problem is that you are not using the bootstrap CDNs properly.所以我认为问题在于您没有正确使用引导 CDN。
