metrics-server pulls from the embedded cadvisor in each Kubelet. metrics-server从每个 Kubelet 中的嵌入式 cadvisor 中提取。 It polls every 60 seconds by default and the CPU usage is looking a total CPU usage seconds over the last few time periods as a fraction of wall clock elapsed time.默认情况下，它每 60 秒轮询一次，CPU 使用率将过去几个时间段内的总 CPU 使用率秒数视为挂钟经过时间的一小部分。
