when putting a bootable flash disk and choosing like below

it waits sometime and show the following one

if I tap any key it returns to the begining

What I say below is speculation based on the images you have shown.

Possibility A: The windows image could have been corrupted in some way. The USB could also be damaged or not Inserted properly.

Possibility B: The graphics card may have failed although this probably isn't the case. If you have any other operating systems installed and the look fine when it comes to the graphics of it then it is not this but if there are issues first try updating your graphics cards drivers.

Possibility C: Their could be some sort of hardware issues with the machine. Wether it be the CPU or GPU they could be the cause of the issue.

How to fix:

If the issue is A then if you created the USB yourself then recreate it, it could be as simple as that. Trying it with a different USB could also solve it.

If the issue is B then try going on to the currently installed os and updating your graphics drivers if you don't have on OS installed then I can't help with this one.

If the Issue is C then I don't know how to help it's the hardware of the laptop which I'm not familiar with fixing.
