I have an annoying issue with Visual Studio 2022: everytime I hover on a region, a tooltip is displayed, but not loaded correctly.

You could try to update VS2022 to the latest available release (17.4.3), but checking the release note there isn't anything about "region" or "tooltip".您可以尝试将 VS2022 更新到最新的可用版本 (17.4.3)，但检查发行说明没有任何关于“区域”或“工具提示”的信息。
