In WSE, everywhere the WSE2QuickStartServer certificate is used to encrypt and sign the messages.

nothing special, you can use any other certificate. 没什么特别的，您可以使用任何其他证书。 if you use it for signature you need to have a private key. 如果将其用于签名，则需要具有私钥。 basically any certificate that is good for ssl can work here also. 基本上，任何对ssl都有效的证书也可以在这里工作。
