Not all Windows Azure platform services are available in all regions currently (mix of factors). 当前，并非所有区域都提供所有Windows Azure平台服务（多种因素混合使用）。 So your only option may be to relocate your database to another region. 因此，您唯一的选择可能是将数据库重新定位到另一个区域。

Also your best option is to create affinity group and then use this affinity so every thing gets colocated together for you nice and easily. 另外，最好的选择是创建相似性组，然后使用此相似性，以便使所有内容都轻松地放置在一起。
