It always starts up with an opened ESS buffer, and I suspect loading ESS slows down loading emacs by approximately 1 second (using timer). 它总是以打开的ESS缓冲区启动，并且我怀疑加载ESS会使加载emacs的速度降低了大约1秒钟（使用计时器）。

Not posible at the moment. 目前尚无法解决。 There are too many entry points. 入口点太多。 There has been some work done on integrating ESS with package.el, but it was left unfinished because of the limitations of package.el in Emacs 24.1 Hopefully it is solved by the next release of ESS (13.03). 关于将ESS与package.el集成的工作已经完成，但是由于Emacs 24.1中package.el的局限性而未完成，希望下一版ESS（13.03）可以解决。
