I'm new to iOS development and to owning an iPad;

I agree with @mattigalloway answer but I will add some more informations here. 我同意@mattigalloway的答案，但我会在这里添加更多信息。
You may have to change your Apple ID from your iPad by going to settings->App Store only if you want to test in-app purchase. 只有在您想测试应用程序内购买时，才可以通过设置 - > App Store更改Apple ID。 By sing-out from and resign in with in-app purchase test user. 通过唱歌和退出应用内购买测试用户。
